When I test a movie with FLV videos, everything works. But when I launch the published SWF with Flash closed, it opens in Flash Player Ver 6, and the videos do not play.

We solved this problem by uninstalling the earlier version of Flash. It was
the only way that the newer Flash player would open and play the file with the
FLVs when FLASH was not running in the background. We also ran into the MIME
problems noted elswhere when publishing, but were able to make the necessary
adjustments to the server.
