flash (macromedia): Hello

I made a .flv from a quicktime movie. Now, I'd like to place it into a Flash
file and export a full .swf file that I can upload to my web server and show. I
want the video to be contained in the .swf.

Are there some simple directions for doing this? I'm new to Flash.
