I will like them to:

a:) run exactly the same way as the 2 texts on the link, and
b:) to run infinitely.

Any ideas how I can create them?

Go to Insert > New Symbol. Select MovieClip. Draw a textfield. In the
properties Panel set it's type to Static. Then, type what you want in it.
Insert a keyframe at say frame 30. Move the texfield. Then, click on frame 1
and in the Properties Panel, set the tween to Motion. Insert a new Layer, and
do the same thing for the other text.

I am having a hard time following your instructions.

I use mx2004; so when I go Insert, I don't see Keyframe. Rather, I see Insert
[quoted text, click to view]

But the thing is when follow that instruction, and I go Crontrol > Test movie,
I see nothing.
