flash (macromedia):
yesucandoit2; If I follow, you are encountering this problem when you attempt to play a game available on a particular web site? If so, The problem lies with the game itself and not the flash player. There is probably nothing you can do but report the problem to the site owners/developers. -Tom Unger
a script in this movie is causing macromedia flash player 8 to run slowly. if it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. do you want to abort the script? Ok so I go to games.com and when I start playing a game a pop up window with this message. I have said no and then the page that I am on starts flashing and if I say yes it will freeze. Does anyone know what is causing this and what I can do to get it fixed? Any help with this would be appreciated.
Hi~ I have been having this problem also. I thought that I had it fixed, but for some reason it is coming back again. It doesn't do it all the time, but when it does, it seems to do it when I am in the 10-15 round. I also only have this happen when I am at games.com. I had uninstalled the flash player and then reinstalled it, and this worked for me. Maybe this can work for you also.
I have the same problem when on a particular website taking a test for my business. I have to take this test many times for our employees. The only difference is that it only happens with MY computer. I can go to another desk and it works fine. I assume there is a prog. on my comp causing a conflict, but am waaaayy to dumb to have a clue how to check this out. waaaaa :(
