flash (macromedia): I would like to add a balloon/hover/rollover effect to an icon on a website.
An example is here (http://www.macromedia.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm) if
you mouse over the first few items in "Exchange Top Ten."

Wondering if anyone knows how to go about writing the code for that? Ideally
the balloon would move with the cursor while over the button or mcl.
