flash (macromedia): I have a Flash file that I am publishing as a Projector and burning to a CD.
The movie contains a dynamic text box that I have added hyperlinks to and they
look correct. But when I test the published file, the links only open a blank
browser and they are not actually linking to the specified URL. Why does it do
this? (I am not interested in a fix for when it is uploaded to a web server
since this file will be running from a CD). Thanks to all that help.

Can you paste the link sample ?
There are known problems with getURL failing from projector
due to windows issues not flash and there is nothing we can do in that
regard. There are 3rd party tools like Jstart from http://www.FlashJester.com
that will assure the functionality all the way, have been using these myself, just
in case. But you mention that the window do open just the URL does not pop
out so maybe there is something else wrong. WOuld be good if you can upload the
file for us to check or at least break down in details in here with all actions used
so we can check it out for you.
