flash (macromedia): I am currently developing a very simply app which picks up the data in an XML
file and then displays is. I have managed to get the data part working ok, but
I have the following two problems:

1) I have put in a loop so that after 5 seconds the app starts again and
therefore refreshes the data. The problem is that the Text fields and button
move when the loop happens - how can I get rid of this?
2) As you can see from the screenshot, the layout is very poor. How could I
improve this (any suggestions) and also how could I put, for example, 'secs'
after the number 3 in Latency? I ask this because the figure could be more than
a single number and therefore the width would change and I would want the
'secs' to automatically size.
