flash (macromedia): A FLV is about the same as a quicktime movie more or less. It's a codec
apply to a movie. You can only stream a flv from a streaming sever.
Most people use the progressive down concept.

whats the differences in swf and flv???? can flv stream video down without a
server like swf files can??? can or will any of these be able to stream down to
pocket pc phones or palm phones like treo 650???? or even tmobile side kicks
