Magic swf2avi converts the flash to avi first.
Total video converter convets the avi to 3gp.

All can be downloaded from http://www.effectmatrix.com

If you want to high quality, you can change the video rate and video
size setting.

Dear Sirs
Can you please tell me what is the best way to convert a flash movie to a 3GP
video for mobile phones?
I have tried saving the movie as avi then using a software the HDX4 to make it
but the quality isn't satisfying.Do you know of any software that converts it
directly to 3GP?
