you'll have to simply break apart text until it is actual shapes - shape tween
works with shapes only.
then place 1 letter in a keyframe and the 2nd latter in another keyframe on
same layer and apply the shape tween.
note: the more complex the shape, the less likely you'll achieve a smooth or
accurate tween - especially shapes (or letters) that have "negative" spaces.

i want to slowly morph text in the first frame to text final frame.

there is always the help docs (F1) and a simple google search - these are very
basic features of flash and have been around for several versions - tons of
tutorials on the web already - much faster for you to search this forum first
also - thousands of results i'm sure :)
