In these files, the rectangle is set at 0,0 but it is not on the stage.

Its driving me crazy. Every time I make a rectangle it acts like the
registration is in the center. Even if I turn it into a symbol and tell
it to make the registration point on the upper left, the registration
point is in the center. What is gooing on ? how do I fix it ? Where do I
