flash (macromedia):
Being that the difference shows up between local use and on-line, I would
have to guess that you have a faulty mechanism for verifying completion of
the file load before attempting to manipulate its properties (or that you
have no such mechanism).

I have a big Problem loading external swf file containing jpg images (there is
about 30 of them ) in to a target image holder "picture frame" which
properties _width and _x position are then dynamicly manipulated thru the
actionsripting to fit the loaded picture I set pictures hight to 420 pix to
avoid unnesessery scripting. Basicly in other words the idea is to make shure
that the pictures are olways in the center of the stage and that they are in
seperate moovies so they are not downloaded in bulk.
The problem is that everything works perfect as long as they are on my
computer, as soon I upload all the files to the server
pictures disapire, somtimes i can brows thru 1.2 or 3 of them then the frame
that holds them disapire with them or the pictures show rotated 90 degrees.

I have tryed everything few version of scripts difrent aproaches and even
striped down version that just change the properties thru set property fuction
nothing works I have never seen anything like that .

Why I am not able to manipulate the properties of the movie holder?
I really need help with this one I have spend a lot time to develope that
web-site dead line is aproaching and I am stock like never before HELP
somebody.
