flash (macromedia): I think others have had this problem too. All the other files in the Flash MX
2004 Trial will unzip fine, it is just Flash Installer_a.exe that won't.

I downloaded it correctly and tried re-naming the file and stuff, but it still
won't work. I didn't use a download acclerator, and I'm on an ADSL line. I've
downloaded it 3 times now, and it still hasn't worked.

Does anyone from the Macromedia Team know how to fix it? Or did you have the
same problem and found a ifx? Please tell me, I would be so grateful for any
help.

I've emailed Macromedia Support, but I haven't got a reply yet (it's the
weekend).

So, any ideas please?

well. if you do not use any downlaod accelerator programs, then the file may be
corrupted or there are many downloads for it. Try to download again later and
see.
By the way, macromedia support may late in reply, so wait;)

Contact Customer Service at Macromedia. This forum is just other Flash
users -- there's nobody from customer service that visits here.

well - if it doesn't work a 2nd time - you should still bother somebody
- it's your right to get what you want - make sure you turn off any
anti-virus that may be running before downloading - especially Norton.
