This is effectively a scam to get other people to design there web site
intro for them for free. Instead of paying the fees etc that they should
for getting a flash site designed for them, they get LOTS of people to do
work for them for free, retain the rights to it all. There does not even
seem to be a prize for the winner. Even if there is, with this sort of
contest, the 'prize' is usually much less than what it would cost to hire
someone to do the job. Avoid this sort of 'contest' like the plague. It is
just a way to get work out of your for (mostly) nothing, and is a way to
cheat the flash developer community out of paid work.
