It comes as trial version on the CD in a lot of old Flash 5 books. One
of them is "The Art of Cartooning With Flash" Check Ebay. Those Flash
5 books are really cheap. It won't work if you have already run the
trial version before on the same computer though.

Flash 5 lover;
Macromedia sells only the most recent version. The only legitimate
source for flash 5 is to obtain an old copy via re-seller or private sale. I
recommend that you purchase the latest version (academic) and update your
skills. -Tom Unger

or search ebay for "flash 5" - i know someone who got a copy of flash 4
for $9

Go to your main Library. Look in the back of flash 5 books for a copy.
It don't cost but it's only a trail for 30 days. Forget the shareware
option.

It's, "does anybody have Flash 5?"
