I saw this template:

I really like the transition to the next picture how do I do that effects?

Please any examples would be perfect.

Place an image in layer , on top make new layer and convert it to mask.
Make the mask tiny shape in the middle, than use motion or shape tween to
expend it and cover the whole image. Using the motion tween and easing options
you can obtain the bounce kind of effect it has at the end of the tween.
Doing so for as many images as you need.
