Flash Effects as the subject line in your post implies. There are video
imported into Flash. The looping cloud effect is fairly common, you can
find a number of tutes to create that. Some of the buttons are pretty cool.

Des anybody know how to create the effects similar to effects sold at
http://www.advanceflash.com (video loops, buttons rollover effects, logo
backgrounds)?
What software was used for this kind of effects? 3D? After Effects? I need a
