flash (macromedia): Ok, is there an easy fix to this or is this an ancient limitation to our
favorite software?

I am simply motion tweening a photo (jpg, png, doesnt matter) from left to
right across the stage, and when exported, it does horrifying things like
collapsing in on itself by one pixel, looks a little jumpy, its just nasty.

Thoughts?

Sorry to say moving and or scaling images in Flash can be the most frustrating
thing a Flash designer has to deal with in life.

Possibly setting the frame rate to 24fps or 30fps will help a bit and make
sure you didn't scale the image at all. Scaling the image in Flash can cause
very nasty results.

Good Luck

As it goes, scaling the image to 99.8% width and height should sort out your
crunchy pixels. That, or set the alpha to 99.8%
