Seems to be an increasing complaint with the trial downloads, but the
issue does seem system specific since the trials work for the vast majority.
A few things to try:
Clear your browser cache and/or make certain it's large enough for the
trial before downloading the trial.
Turn off download accelerators if any are being used before attempting
to download the trial.
Try using a different browser.
