Hi, im having a text problem. I use flash mx 2004. When i go to resize a
dynamic text box to a very wide size.. my text also stretches out and looks
retarded and distorted.. the example that im trying to follow thru this book,
doesn't have that problem. the text comes out big and normal looking, but when
i do it my text stretches out and looks like crap.. so how do i make a wide
text box with certain and specific dimens and type regular text in it without
hte text stretching and distorting?

I believe you cannot resize a txt using the w and H properties in the
properties window without it distorting the contents. What you need to do is
double click the txt field and drag it to your required dimensions
