flash (macromedia) : Language symbol flips to Arabic with MX 2004

Has anyone noticed that when launching a new document with Flash MX 2004 the
little character input flag (near the date at the top of the finder) flips to
Arabic (that's the only other language I have turned on besides English)? Its a
very strange thing because even when I switch it back, sometimes it fips again
and I end up typing in Arabic when I don't want to! Anybody?!
thanks!

No, you are absolutely incorrect. It changes to Devanagari-Qwerty. Everybody
knows that! :)

I've experienced this problem on and off since 10.2 I also experience it in
Safari, but not in other applications. It also seems to come and go and there
doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. Sorry, but I have not found a
solution other than to watch what I'm typing.

BTW, it would help others here to mention that you are running Mac. Most
people here are on PC and won't have a clue what or where to the little flag
near the top of the finder is. (Of course the have the ISO two letter
abbreviation near the system tray, but...)

Oops, yes - I forgot to mention I'm on a Mac and I'm running Tiger... I've only
just experienced this "language flip" on Flash MX 2004 (trial) - I've been
using Flash MX without problem.... you say you've experienced it since 10.2 is
that only with Flash MX 2004 or with other versions of Flash too?
Thanks for making me feel like I wasn't the only one! :)
