I bought a template and am having trouble changing the already set
'behavior/url', from a template url to one for my site. Out of 8 urls in the
flash file, I found 3. Please help if you can...

If you go to the site and hit the 'home' link, it asks for index.html. My
file is actually index.htm, so it will come back not found. I need to change
it to index.htm.

Maybe try renaming index.htm to index.html personally I like giving files their
full extensions, not a cramming, exept for JPEG and MPEG files.:D
I just like saying .html not .htm so I would have no trouble in that template
try the actions tab, I like fixing that up.

[quoted text, click to view]

Two ways to do this:

1. Simply rename the index.htm page to index.html (don't do this unless
you are editing it in Dreamweaver (in the context of the entire site) so
that Dreamweaver will detect the change and update the other pages that
are referencing index.htm).

2. Open up the source flash file (.fla) and click on the home area (it's
most likely an invisible button I would think?) and then change the URL
listed in the properties to index.htm.

3. Email the place you bought the template from. I'm sure they'd be glad
to help you with this simple change, unless you bought it from some clowns.

Cool flag!

Thank you. Here is my next dumb question. When I renamed the .htm file to .html, the file actually became index.htm.html. How do I change the file property...?
