flash (macromedia): :confused

I can play this simple flash movie (Control - Play) but when I preview it
(f12) or publish it on my site it does not play. All I see is the background.
I have been looking over my publish settings and how I am importing the file
etc and can't figure it out. PLEASE HELP!!!
