I've just started animating with flash and have a small file up here
http://www.armybadgeofhonor.com. The problem is that depending on your machine
it doesn't play the video in sync with the animation. This is caused by the
amount of time it takes to load.

How do I set it up so that it doesn't play until the entire file is downloaded?

Help. I a new guy!

Did you try set up a preloader to assure the entire file is cached before playing it ?
