flash (macromedia): I have been trying to teach myself some flash design. My current project all I
am trying to do is take a premade flash website template I purchased and change
its look to suit my needs. I have figured out how to edit the image and shapes
files but can't seem to edit the movieclip files. Are their any tutorials
around or am I just missing something simple? I am currently using several
Sothink programs but will try anything.

Hi

I'm not sure I'm getting the question, but I'm going to reply because no one
else did. Are you working in Flash and want to edit movie clips? You just
double click to enter the movie clip - or open your library (under the Window
menu) and there you have access so all symbols and movie clips. A movie clip is
just what it says - like a little movie. It runs over several frames in the
timeline. When inside the movie clip, hit enter to play the movie clip. As you
see, it can consist of several keyframes with objects. Or if you just want to
change the overall colors, you could select the movie clip on stage, and with
the properties inspector change color, tint, brightness etc.
Did I understand your question correctly?
