You'll have to do it manually - no other way. i know it sucks to hear that but it's one of those
mistakes you only make once.

:o I created an intro animation for a website that is 120 frames. I originally
set for 12 frames per second. After completing the animation it just seems to
long. I'd like to make the movie 6 seconds instead of 12 seconds. I tried to
change to 20 frames per second and export the SWF file again. When I upload the
duration is still 12 seconds. How do I change the duration of the total
animation without editing every keyframe and tween?

Please advise.
