flash (macromedia) : NO Flash in MSN!

Has anyone ran into any problems with Flash NOT displaying at all in MSN
browser?

I have a client for whom I have built a Flash site. He uses the MSN Browser.
He had no problems up until about a month ago+- and now his flash content shows
up as a blank area on the page. So I had him go directly to the swf in the URL
and nothing but a white page. BUT, it's sporadic - 80% of the time he gets a
white page and the other 20% it pulls up the page.

So I decided to have someone else I know who uses MSN to try the site and the
discovered the SAME result. The html tables and graphics show up but no Flash.
So I had them go the a Flash site that only requires Flash Player 5 instead of
the 6.0.65 site and no dice!

But both of them have complained that their jpg images started appearing very
fuzzy about a month or two ago, so I am beginning to believe that MSN had a
compression update to their browser to minimize bandwidth and it is somehow
effecting Flash.

How do we report this to Macromedia?

Thanks,

Jeff
