I NEED FLASH HELP

flash (macromedia): okay I deleted flash because i thought it was making this aurora pop up thing
and now that its gone everytime i try and download it back the security box
wont even pop up and the flash movie doesnt play i need help really bad my
children need it for homework so please anyone have a heart and help me:(

you cant download the stand alone i dont think - it comes with flash only.
anyway - you need to turn off all anti-adware, spyware, antivirus and if you have XP SP2 you may
need to drop the security settings for IE or use a different browser like Firefox (www.mozilla.org).

Its the flash player i cant even download the stand alone version it will say
you finished download and then when i go to check on the movie page thing this
silver f circle pops up and it and a green and white stripe moving across the
bottom then it just stop and goes clear and red x box lookign thingy appears at
the corner like allways and where are these temp internet files there not in my
inter options i have explorer
