Can you tell, what is the file all about? are you using new features of
flash 8 and trying to run on Flash 7? or flash 7 features just published
with 8?
which feature, which config, information are required to tell you what's
going wrong and where

:confused; I updated a client CD project today and when I took it to them it
crashed. It'll play fine on my PC. The main difference is they don't have the
Flash 8 player, but it's a projector so that shouldn't matter. Any ideas?

yeah that is weird - projector files have the player emebedded - so yer right - it shouldnt matter.
i would try and make a projector (F8) with a different movie and see if you can crash their machine
again - if not then it's the movie that is suspect - or perhaps you can try to re-compile the
publisher and seeing if that helps.
