flash (macromedia): Hello,

All of the flash that I create (that works) gives me this strange border
around the object (mostly in IE). I can't use the flash until I click on the
object once to get rid of it, then I can use the flash controls on the object
itself. Is this something controled when making the flash? I thought it was
just an IE thing, but I noticed it's only with mine and not other sites.
