Hi,
I am getting following error msg - "Installation of fp7_ppc_en.cab was
unsuccessful"
when trying to install flash 7 player on windows mobile 5.0. The device is a
new iPAQ rx1950.
Have copied .cab file over correctly. It appears on mobile device manager as
fp7_ppc_en.cab. Double click to install and error message occurs. Flash 6
player is not installed.
Any help would be very welcome.

I downloaded the macro media flash player 7 for pocket pc (it is a cab file)
and I installed on my device. After I double-clicked the CAB file for Flash
Player 7 for Pocket PC, the license agreement pop up and I clicked "accept".
Then the installation completed and the CAB file was deleted automatically.
When I tap the "remove program" under "system" option, I saw the "macromedia
flasher player activeX" has been installed. But when I went to NBA.com or other
flasher player required web pages, I kept getting message asking for the
installation of flasher player.
Can anyone help to resolve this problem?
I am using ipaqrx5915 with WM5.0.
