flash (macromedia):
more than likely the template has the actions somewhere else so the button is merging the 2 urls.
impossible to say where since you have the FLA - try opening the Movie Explorer and narrowing your
search to just AS.

Hi-
When I enter the URL for a text link, the site looks within its own site for
the link. For example,
www.jones.com/www.adobe.com instead of
www.adobe.com How i do it is highlight the text using the text tool, and in the inspector
box i enter the link info in the box with the link symbol. The Target box next
to it remains empty.
I am using Flash MX 2004 and am using a template i bought off the
web.....Thank You!
You need to add http:// in front of all of your URLs or they will be added onto
the end of the url in which your movie resides. This is not a problem in the
action script unless you do have http:// on the front of these, but im guessing
you don't.
