ok i am ready to pull my hair out with this...i have a website that contains 10
scenes in flash. it has sound that i want to be continuous from scene to scene
instead of restarting each time the user clicks on a button for a new page.
also i have the same problem with a glimmer effect on a logo, it restarts when
you navigate page to page how can i make thses 2 things continuous independent
of the timeline. each scene has different layers most 60 frames long. movie
clips all intertwined of course for different actions. so apart from all that
how can i make my logo and sound continuous as a seperate entity while
navigating please someone help....

You can't because new Scene is a blank frame which clears everything that was
on timeline, starting to load over all the content from scratch.
For sound you can set it to EVENT as event sound runs independent to timeline
and it can play across scenes but for the logo you don't have a choice but
load it in level. Levels are like pages in books. Main movie is always level zero
and if you load something in level above that, (say, level 1) it will appear
regardless scenes.
