You've got several tools but it depends of the version of the FLV. If it's
FLV 1, no luck, no meta data, you can figure out by using a meta data
injector.

If it's FLV 1.1 or 2, you can either use actionscript in flash to retrieve
the Metadata info, look for NetStream.onMetaData in the documentation, or
you a flv player like this one:

when you click on info, it formats everything nicely for you :-)

Hi,
How can I determine the attributes of a previously encoded FLV file? Frame size is easy, but I would like to get the data rate as well.
