flash (macromedia): ummm - hard to understand the problem - all you have explained is that your fps is at 1 but you want
it to play at1...so, i would think that if it is at 1 then it would be playing at 1 - is it not?

oh - maybe you are asking how to get your animation to "flow" at 1fps???
If by "flow" you mean play smoothly?
well, you are at 1fps - what do you expect? :p
that is the slowest frame rate possible in flash.
That's like asking how to place a banana in my tailpipe but still make the car do 100mph on the highway.
you can't.
Smooth animation requires a high frame rate - no way to break the laws of nature and physics and
what the human eye perceives as motion.

Hi, im trying to make a little karaoke type thing and to make it simple im
putting the fps at 1, because it keeps messing up at any other fps! and at the
beginning of the flash i want to make a little animation that shows the title
of the song and the name of the band who sings it! the only problem is is that
my fps is at 1! i was wondering if there was a way to make an animation that
flows WITH the fps at 1! Thanx

Change your FPS back to 12. This is the industry standary rate of animation.
Then, remember that twelve frames is the equilivent to one.
Create your symbols create tweens (on seperate layers) and you should be good
to go.
