flash (macromedia):
if your movie is all vector (no bitmaps) you can simply edit the html by chnging it's width and
height - if you have bitmaps in your movie they will be scaled and will lose their quality.

you can also choose to change the stage size in flash (Ctrl + J) and then use Edit Multiple Frames
to reposition content.

Display a Flash animation at a different size? xslamx

I worked up a Flash animation for our homepage that my boss wants me to make
smaller, by 100 pixels or so. Do I have to recreate it at a smaller size or is
there a way to shrink it down? If there is a way to shrink it, will the file
size shrink as well? Thanks!
