Flash will not export motion tweens

flash (macromedia):

I've had been using flash everyday for about 2 years now and i've never ran
into this before. What I am working on is a flash movie. The problem is that I
could have simple motion tweens that would fade a movieclip in that has text in
it. It appears to be fine when I scrub the timeline, but when I export it to a
swf the text just appears without the motion tween and pops onto the screen
rather than fade. I've had some other people that I work with that have been
using flash longer than I have try and fix it but nothing has worked. So far it
has about 500 layers, but that should have nothing to do with it because i've
made a movie that had around 1500 layers and it worked just fine. It does have
audio that streams and the frame rate is 12 fps.

If anyone has any solutions I would appreciate it very much.

It's not the the "motion tweens" are not appearing - it's the issue of your font not rendering
because the text field is set to dynamic (and thus needs the font outlines included) or you simply
need to set the text field to dynamic. This issue comes up a few times per week for years - try
searching the google groups archive of this forum (last url in my sig) and searching for similer
keywords - basically when an effect like an alpha, motion tween, mask is applied tot a font, if the
text field is not set to static (embedded into the swf) then it needs the font outlines to be
included (via the properties panel).

I think I am having the same problem. When I publish the animation, none of the
motion tweens appear. Only if I go back to edit the file and run the time
marker along the tweened animation, playing each frame, and then go back to
publish, the tween works. Extremely frustration when there are tons of
different movies with their own individual motion tweens. Any solutions?
