flash (macromedia):
no - to the best of my knowledge i dont think it is - having a quicktime movie above an flash movie
containing an FLV is probably doable but in the least a major headache to ensure perfect alignment
and especially across borswers, all versions and platforms and OSs - but i would search google just
in case somebody has actually done it.

I need to get an FLV and a Quicktime movie to play on the same page in the same
spot. What I want is for people to be able to click on the button a watch
either flash or a quicktime verision of the movie play.
This is incase someone doesn't have a Flash player or wants to see it in
QuickTime. Is this possible.
