I have other preloaders but each one is written for a specific
situation. Sometimes you want everything downloaded before anything
else can happen. Other times you want things to download in the
background while allowing access to those parts of the site that are
ready. Each situation is different.
If that one isn't the type you need, just specify how you want your
preloader to work and I will make one for you real quick.
Err.. I see you are asking for a tutorial, rather than just a working
preloader. My files aren't tutorials but I do have lots of comments
in the code. Maybe you will find it useful anyway.

cheers dude, much appreciated,. i'm pretty good at deciphering other scripts so that's ideal, cheers.

i'll try and adapt it for my needs, (if i can't i will get back to you)
