flash (macromedia) : How to make text appear when rolling over a button?

I have a bunch of buttons in a movie clip. I want a couple lines of text to
appear in a specific place on the stage when the user rolls over the buttons.

The movie clip scrolls back and forth accross the stage following the mouse
movements so I can't just put the text in the over state of the button. Make
sense?

Hope you can help me...

how about putting the text in a movie clip which can be controoled
thro' script in the buttons etc connected mouse position?
