I seached for line spacing in the online forums and all my results say the page
does not exist! I know this has been asked before but I simply want to increase
the spacing between lines of text in a text box. How would I do that? Thanks.

In the Properties Panel, click on the FORMAT button (it's under the text align buttons). That will open a window with line spacing options.
