I have a small flash app that is basically a big input textfield with a few
buttons ... if the user types too many chars I want a message box to pop up
telling them so (with a nifty "ok" button). I have all this working, except
that the input textfield is still active. As are the "few buttons". I want
everything to still be visible behind the textfield, but I dont want
anything to work. Thoughts? ideas?
