flash (macromedia) : Question on how to do this effect.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to achieve the following effects with flash:
If you go to this site: http://yugop.com/ and click on the "01" button in the
bottom left-hand corner, you'll see a horizon line that changes when you roll
your mouse over it. What is the name of this effect and how is it achieved?

Also, from that same site (http://yugop.com/), I would like to learn how to
achieve the effect of the font showing up when you roll your mouse over the
different buttons (how the font kind of spins through different fonts until it
finally shows the desired message).
Any guidance in the right direction is *much* appreciated!

Mr. Neave use to have free source file of similar effect, but the site has changed
and I can't allocate the link anymore so let me upload one of his files from my archives:

look for first link in "navigation like yugop.com v4 (without lmctween)"
roll Over and navigation the same time, get-one-get-another-free package :)
