perhaps this is the Eolas/IE active content issue that has been implemented recently - search forum
(has been discussed hundreds of times and a few times within the past few hours) and search google.

I have a few links that may help you understand why this is happening and a few different
implementations for a solution:

All of a sudden flash is mistaking my entire flash movies for buttons. Its very
strange. When you put the mouse over a swf in a web page (not in the flash
export preview area) it acts as if the entire movie was a button. At the same
time my real buttons won't click. Ive found if I click once this goes away and
then the movie behaves normally, but obviously this won't do.

Has anyone else had this problem? I"ve reinstalled flash mx 2004 to no
avail..also I've made there is no stray actionscript in a frame. The AS is only
on the button.

TIA
Amelia
