Several things... first, if you're importing an MPEG video then it's =
already compressed. That means Flash is recompressing a compressed vide=
o, =
so yes, it's going to look much worse. You want to import the highest =
quality video you can tolerate so that Flash can compress it only once.
For your length issue make sure you import the video at the same FPS as =
=
your Flash document's set. This should match everything up again.
