flash (macromedia):
Is there any way I can control what URL a swf file will point to outside of the
swf file, perhaps via some parameter passed to the object?

My client uses an existing banner management system that he would like to
extend by being able to add flash banners to. The banners are uploaded,
assigned a unique ID, and banner impressions and click thrus are tracked. In
order to track click-thrus dynamic parameters need to be passed to a tracking
page, call it countClickThrus.cfm, and finally that tracking page will redirect
to the appropriate final destination.

Because the application control what those parameters are, is there any way to
send a flash file my parameters and flash will hyperlink to the
countClickThrus.cfm page with ?variable1=value1&variable2=value2 attached?
