flash (macromedia) : Flash in browser vs stand alone SWFs

All,

A while back I downloaded and installed a stand alone Flash Player. It's
still on my machine.
It's Flash Player 7.0 r19. It remains even when I remove the Flash Player,
plugin for Web browsers.

I can't find the stand alone player install file on the Macromedia/Adobe Web
site. I want to point
people to a free downloadable stand alone Flash player file so they can play a
SWF as stand alone
movie.

Why do I need this? I've created a swf file that I launch from my desktop
Windows XP and this SWF
opens up, goes out over the Internet and reads an XML file on my Web site.
The file,points to videos
also located on my Web site. I've created this product to be a desktop video
player that is dynamically
updated every week. Cool huh?

Any help understanding where to find the free stand alone player would be
great!
