Sound timing off -- flash (macromedia)

i think i just answered this one a couple hours ago but cant find the thread - anyway - make sure
sound behavior is set to "Stream" (properties Panel).

Hi all,
I'm very new to flash and I've created a small flash movie for a site in Flash
Professional 8. I uploaded the page with the flash movie to the server, but
for some reason the timing of the music is off. There is about a 2 second
delay in the start of the music. The link is

Any help would be appreciated and please let me know if you need any more info
from me.

I'm using Stream on my swf's but am getting a hiss making it sound
lispy. This happens with desktop preview and from a website. Are there
settings I could play with to make it go away?
