flash (macromedia) : how can I make this a smaller file?

Hi,

I was wondering how I can make this movie smaller.

I don't understand why it is so big.

The sound is a .wav that comes in at 596 kb recorded at 22.5 khz in mono.

The rest must be the video. How can I get this smaller?
