you never mention what you tried downloading/installing - i assume either the player or the trial of
the full flash tool?

First off, I tried installing it using AOL. I clicked the download button, and
it brought me to the next page, but nothing came up. I didn't see anything on
the page saying that there was an error... Can anyone tell me what's wrong?
